Asparagus is loved and hated by many. If you're reading this the chances are you are a fan so go ahead and treat yourself!
Top Tip: No one likes de-hydrated asparagus so if it's gone a little bit "floppy" simply chop 1cm off the bottom of the stem and place it in shallow water. Once it's had a drink it will firm right up and be ready for cooking!
